Alean is a consortium of businesses, which include the 30-year-old Alean National Tour Operator and Alean Collection, a Russian hotel operator managing 4- and 5-star resort hotels and apartments along the Black Sea coast.

Alean Development Systems (ADS) is our Technical Client Department. It manages design and construction, a joint venture between the Alean Collection hotel chain and Development Systems, company that specializes in BIM design and consulting.
ADS coordinates all aspects of project management, engaging with various organizations involved in the process. Acting as an agent, it handles direct client contracts for design, survey, construction, and installation work.
By assisting investors in creating functional and profitable hotels, ADS meticulously calculates and optimizes construction costs, effectively eliminating design errors and boosting the project's final efficiency. Each stage of construction adheres to a precisely calculated budget, allowing for the control of all production processes
The combined expertise and experience of Alean and Development Systems partners, the professional skills they bring, and their use of state-of-the-art BIM technologies provide ADS with the tools necessary to successfully execute investment projects in the hotel industry.
